  • Christine,  I just wanted to tell you what an "Awesome" picture you took for Greg Martin's album cover.  you truly have a gift.  Great job.

  • Hey my name is Trina Mizer.  I worked with Smokehouse on his latest album and I've known him for a long time.  I just wanted to tell you that your artwork for the new album is amazing!  It is definitely the best looking album that Smokehouse has put together thanks to your help.  It looks great!  We are so excited about this album and it wouldn't be what it is without your contributions.  You're amazing!

  •    I am Gordon Anderson a lyricist. I co-wrote with Greg, the song LIFE’S A TRADE OFF on his new Album.

I  want to  commend  and thank you for doing  such as  nice photography  job  on Greg’s  CD  Album TAKE A TRAIN TO MY TOWN. The two water scene pictures on the CD, and back cover are real nice. The   Old Country Bar & Grill is very nice, and nostalgic and romantic.  The Cover photo is right on. Your fading one point  perspective  railroad tracks balanced  on  both  sides with   the trees,  and Greg with  his  guitar  on the left side balanced  by the CSX train  engine  on  the right  makes  for a  very nicely  composed  symmetrical  photograph. Even more balance and unity is given with Greg’s guitar being yellow and the engine having yellow, too. This cover is right on.

So, Christine, you did a real fine job with your photograph selections and lay outs.

For what it is worth, I   have a degree in Art.

Take care and keep at the good work.

    Gordon Anderson

  • Christine, I'm friends with Greg  in Missouri and my twin girls Megan and Allanah Bassett sang back up vocals on one of Gregs songs.  I just wanted you to know, when I looked at the pictures you took for Greg for his Album cover I was blown away!!! You are a real talent!  I wish you the best with your career in photography!

  • My name is Megan Mollet, I found out about you through a friend at work. I'm pretty sure you know him, his name is Greg Martin aka "Smokehouse". The reason I am sending you this e-mail is because Greg broke a promise to me, lol. I was going to help him out with some harmony on what I think is the best thought out and written song on his new album. I understand that you were a big part of the inspiration for "Go back to Dowelltown" it's an amazing song about an amazing person. I can hear that in the song and it makes me want to know you even more. Greg unfortunately didn't have me sing on his album, but he'll learn that was a mistake, lol. Instead he gave me a CD and I told him how much I loved the pictures you took. You really have a passion for something and are good at it to. Don't give up on your dreams and never stop taking pictures, your amazing.

  • Christine,
My name is Jason. I am a friend of Smokehouse. I just hit his site and saw his new album. I just wanted to drop you a line to say you do excellent work. He has got to be proud of that one. I haven't talked to Smokehouse in a while. I hit his site from time to time checking up on him. He is a great guy and is one hell of a guitar picker. I lost his number so if you talk to him again tell him to call me. I just sent him a email so hopefuly he will call. My handle is run compliant. He'll remeber me. Ask him about that handle. Again you do excellent work and I loved the cover. I do photography myself in my spare time. Where were those pictures taken that is beautiful? You have a awesome site. Got to run and hope to hear back.

    Jay

  • Hey I am one of Smokehouses best friends from high school. I just found him again and checked out his website. The new album cover is awesome. You have a great talent and great luck to you in the future.

  • Christy,

I love what you've done with your website!  Thank you for giving "Miss Martin" so much of it.  It was exciting to see her pictures displayed.  I want you to know how very much I appreciate all you have done to help both my children.  It is rare to find someone so talented yet so willing to share that talent to help someone else.  I guarantee you that I will give you all the "word-of-mouth" advertising I can.  I also promise to keep a supply of cards on hand to pass out.  I know Greg will do the same.  While he doesn't have any cards, he can use his other means of communication to get your website in front of people.  I hope both of you make the "big-time" very soon.  There is so much talent in each of you that needs to be shared with the masses.  I also feel that your attitudes and personalities will take you both a long way.

    Brenda Martin
